We accept valid return requests for all pet products within 14 calendar days of the delivery date marked on your shipping tracking record. Once the 14-day window expires after delivery, we cannot process refunds, exchanges, or return shipments for any pet merchandise.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria (Pet Product Specific)

For your pet item to qualify for return or full refund, all of the following standards must be satisfied:
  • The pet product must remain unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered; grooming clippers, LED collars, and fabric furniture protectors must retain all original factory packaging, tags, and accessories.

4. Return Shipping & Restocking Fee Rules

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your pet product arrives broken, damaged during transit, or you receive the wrong item from our warehouse, Pawhiqq Pet Store covers all full return shipping costs with zero customer charges.
  • Customer Remorse Returns: If you ordered the incorrect pet gear, changed your mind about the product, or purchased an item that does not fit your pet’s size, we still fully cover all domestic US return shipping fees with no extra cost to you.
  • Restocking Charges: Pawhiqq Pet Store never charges any restocking fees for valid returns of our pet supplies.
